Important Notes

• 1.ALL presenters and attendees have to register.
• 2.All registrations include access to two tea breaks and lunch on the first two days of the conference. One ticket to the conference banquet dinner is included in the registration, except for student participants (without papers)."
• 3.Extra Paper Charge: An additional charge must be paid by the same author for one additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors. One additional paper is allowed per full author registration under any category.
• 4.Extra Page Charge: The registration fee covers papers of up to 5 pages. For accepted papers exceeding this length, authors must pay CNY 350 (USD 50)  per additional page (subject to a maximum of 2 extra pages) for inclusion in the proceedings.
• 5.Student Registration:Student registrants must upload valid proof of full-time student status to the registration system. The document must confirm that the applicant is enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

• 1.70% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before April 30, 2026.
• 2.50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made after April 30, 2026 but before May 10, 2026.
• 3.No refund will be given if cancellation is made after May 10, 2026.
• 4.Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email.
